Retail Assistant (Based in Tokyo)
Intern/Part-time/Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service in-store
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and displays
- Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory checks
- Support daily store operations and promotions
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (basic English is a plus)
- Positive, approachable, and customer-focused
- Interest in fashion, kidswear, or retail
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Retail experience is a plus but not required
