How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the weight. You will see the actual number upon your check out. Import tax and fee for custom clearance are excluded in the shipping fee.
For Hong Kong and Macau orders over HKD300, it is eligible for free shipping.
When will my purchase ship?
In-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If it’s a pre-order, then on the estimated date specified on the product page.
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Delivery takes between 3-14 business days depending on your location and shipping method you have selected.

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What's your exchange & return policy?
We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. We accept exchange or refund for unworn, unwashed items. The policy applies to regular priced items only and is valid within 14 days after purchase.
Customers are responsible for any shipping and/or handling costs when items are returned or exchanged unless it is due to products’ manufacturing faults.
Non-returnable items include those purchased on sale, discount code orders and all accessories.

You can either visit our retail store with the product or send the originally purchased products to us by post. Once we have received your parcel, we will contact you to confirm and send you the alternatives in 5 business days.
