How to order:
Step 1: Select your design from 9 curated options. Button & embroidery colours will follow the preset pairing shown in each design.
Step 2: Enter your custom text to be embroidered on the tag.
Customisation details:
• Maximum 9 characters (English/Japanese, spaces, numbers & symbols included)
• Accepted symbols: ! “ ” # $ ’ ( ) = \ ?
• Tag width is 2.5cm. Length varies by text (Longer text appears smaller)

Free forever for mimi mono members. A fixed fee of HK$30 will be applied per order for local non-members.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping costs are auto-calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Import taxes and customs fees are excluded; the delivery service company will contact you for these payments separately. Check your country’s import tax rates before ordering.
When will my purchase ship?
In-stock items typically ship out within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Pre-orders ship once they arrive; check each pre-order product page for estimated arrival dates.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Delivery duration is between 1-14 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
You’ll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Exchange & Returns
What's your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of purchase. This applies to regular-priced items only. Customers will be liable for shipping and handling costs unless the exchange is due to manufacturing defects. Sale items, discount code orders, and accessories are non-exchangeable.

Do you accept refunds?
