Retail Assistant (Based in Tokyo)
Intern/Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service in-store
  
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling
  
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and displays
  
• Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory checks
  
• Support daily store operations and promotions
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese (basic English is a plus)
  
• Positive, approachable, and customer-focused
  
• Interest in fashion, kidswear, or retail
  
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  
• Retail experience is a plus but not required
