Marketing & Design Assistant (Hong Kong/Singapore)
Intern/Part-time/Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  
• Design and edit visuals using Canva, CapCut, and basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
  
• Create marketing assets including ad creatives, banners, in-store posters, and eDMs
  
• Source and reach out to KOLs and brands for collaborations across various campaigns
  
• Manage livestream sessions with KOLs
  
• Assist with basic Shopify website updates and maintenance
  
• Leverage AI tools to support content creation, design, and marketing tasks
  
• Support day-to-day marketing and design tasks as needed
  

Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Cantonese
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
  
• Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g. for content, design, or productivity)
  
• Interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
  
• Strong communication skills for outreach and collaboration
  
• Creative eye with attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
